At Laveston, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags must still be attached.
  • The item must be free from stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, deodorant marks, perfume, smoke, damage, or any other signs of wear.
  • The item must not have been altered or modified in any way.
  • Original packaging should be included whenever reasonably possible.
  • Proof of purchase (such as your order number or confirmation email) is required.

Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused or returned to the customer without a refund.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email orders@laveston.com with your order number.

If additional information is required to evaluate your request, we may ask for photographs or further details before authorizing the return.

If your return meets the requirements outlined in this policy, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with return instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization or without a valid RMA may be refused.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless:

  • We shipped the wrong item, or
  • The item arrived damaged or defective.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot issue refunds for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.

Inspection of Returns

Every returned item is carefully inspected upon arrival.

Returns may be refused if the item:

  • Has been worn beyond normal try-on.
  • Has been washed or cleaned.
  • Is missing original tags.
  • Shows signs of use or damage.
  • Is returned in an unsellable condition.

If a return is rejected, the item may be shipped back to you at your expense.

Restocking Fee

Most returns do not incur a restocking fee.

However, we reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price if additional inspection, cleaning, repackaging, or processing is required beyond a standard return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at orders@laveston.com as soon as possible.

Shipping damage should be reported within 48 hours of delivery whenever reasonably possible. Please include photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can investigate the issue promptly.

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, repair, refund, or other solution as required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless required by applicable law:

  • Gift cards
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Personal care, beauty, hygiene, or intimate products
  • Perishable goods
  • Hazardous materials or flammable products
  • Final Sale items
  • Clearance items
  • Products specifically marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Promotional Gifts

If your order included a free gift with purchase, and returning your order causes the remaining order value to fall below the promotional qualification threshold, one of the following will apply:

  • The complimentary gift must be returned in new condition, or
  • The retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.

Complimentary gifts themselves are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or item, simply return your eligible item and place a new order.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

Orders refused by the customer or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided during checkout may be treated as standard returns.

Original shipping charges, return shipping costs, carrier fees, and any other applicable expenses may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.

Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with your order, we kindly ask that you contact us before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

We are committed to resolving legitimate concerns quickly and fairly.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be contested with the payment provider using all available documentation, including shipping confirmation, delivery records, correspondence, and other relevant evidence.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return requirements.

If your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after approval.
  • Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.

The following are not refundable:

  • Original shipping charges
  • Return shipping costs
  • Any applicable restocking fees
  • Promotional deductions as outlined in this policy

If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us at orders@laveston.com.

Changes to This Policy

Laveston reserves the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time without prior notice.

The version published on our website at the time your order is placed will apply to your purchase.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
